Wildland Firefighter Wellness Foundations is an immersive, evidence-based training designed to strengthen operational readiness, workforce resilience, and long-term health across the wildland fire environment. Built for line personnel, leadership, dispatch, prevention, and support roles, this program translates current science into practical tools that support performance during fire season and sustainable well-being beyond it.
Participants engage in applied learning focused on physical readiness, recovery, stress physiology, psychological flexibility, emotional intelligence, and personal readiness planning. The training emphasizes real-world integration within high-demand operational settings.
